Keyboard Storage 101

Work Better

Our line of IT accessories includes a number of solutions for properly positioning your workers’ computer keyboard and mouse.

Ergonomics play an essential role in worker comfort and safety. When working at a desk, small repetitive movements—like clicking, typing, and scrolling—can start to add up, creating unnecessary strain and discomfort. An ergonomic, user-friendly workstation set-up is key to employee productivity and safety, and we have a line of IT accessories to help improve your workflow.

One of the core tenets of our business is to help our clients seamlessly and efficiently integrate new systems into their existing setup. As more technologies begin to enter the workplace, it is important to supplement any new equipment and devices with efficient, task-specific workstation design.

Our line of IT accessories includes a number of solutions for properly positioning your workers’ computer keyboard and mouse. Finding space to comfortably and conveniently store tech accessories can be a challenge, but we have a suite of space-saving, user-friendly solutions. Some of our most popular items include our:

Basic Keyboard Arm

Basic Keyboard Arm – An independent arm, designed to support a standard
keyboard and mouse. The Basic Arm can be manipulated to extend outward,
swing side to side, or rotate whichever direction necessary.

Best use:

  • Frequent Data Entry

Articulated Keyboard Arm

Articulated Keyboard Arm – The Articulated Arm moves in a similar fashion to the human arm, with movement extending from the shoulder through the elbow to the wrist. This dynamic option allows for the keyboard and mouse to be pulled out and extended, and later retracted to fit into a small space profile.

Best use:

  • Frequent Data Entry
  • Tighter space constraints

Pull Out Keyboards

Pull Out Keyboards – This is an efficient storage option, with keyboard and mouse placement under a shelf or workstation. Easy to pull out and tuck away when not in use.

Best use:

  • Infrequent Use of Keyboard

Combination Monitor and Keyboard Units

Combination Monitor and Keyboard Units – Store your monitor, mouse and keyboard in a single unit. Option to support with a basic or articulated arm. This option is a great space saver.

Best use:

  • Infrequent Use of Keyboard
  • TIghter space constraints

Customized Keyboard Tray

Customized Keyboard Tray – Looking for space for a simple numerical keypad or custom keyboard? We can design it!
