Feeder Control Panels provide the controls for how the feeding system operates.
Three separate control modules are available to perform the following feeder options:
- Automatic feed to length and cut on demand.
- Automatic feed to length with batch count and cut.
- Automatic pre-set feed to length, with 4 pre-programmed settings
- Feeder Control Panels can be attached to the equipment or tethered to locate the controls at the most convenient location.
- Feeder Control Panels are interchangable by simply unplugging one unit and replacing it with another unit. Changes are made in a few seconds.
- Optional tether lengths are available in 6, 12 or 18-foot lengths for remote feeder operation.
- All Feeder Control Panels contain toggle on/off switch as well as a run indicator light.
- Feeder Control Panels can be quickly replaces in the field for fast service.
